ABBA CARAVANS 4 DAY EXPO
PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Abba Caravans & Campers, located at 8 Ambrose Street, Rockingham WA.
2. Event Name
The promotion is conducted in connection with the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo.
3. Promotional Period
The Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo will run from Thursday 21 May to Sunday 24 May at Abba Caravans & Campers, 8 Ambrose Street, Rockingham WA.
The promotional period opens at the advertised opening time on Thursday 21 May and closes at the advertised closing time on Sunday 24 May.
Final event trading hours are to be confirmed by Abba Caravans and published on the event landing page.

5. Eligibility
Entry into the promotional draws is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers and immediate family members of Abba Caravans, associated agencies, suppliers, contractors and any party directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must provide accurate contact details and may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of purchase, proof of registration, proof of event attendance and/or any other information reasonably required by Abba Caravans to verify eligibility.
6. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo promotions is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All offers, prizes and incentives are subject to eligibility, verification, stock availability, service availability, parts availability, finance approval where relevant, and any additional conditions stated by Abba Caravans.
7. No Additional Entry Cost
There is no additional cost to enter any prize draw.
For purchase-based draws, entry is conditional on making an eligible purchase during the promotional period, but no additional fee is charged to enter the draw.
For online registrations, entrants are responsible only for any standard internet access or data costs charged by their service provider.
8. Promotional Draws Included
The Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo includes the following promotional draws:
a. One $10,000 caravan purchase prize, applied as $10,000 off the purchase price of an eligible caravan purchased during the event;
b. 10 x $250 fuel vouchers for eligible entrants who register and attend the event;
c. 3 x West Coast Eagles Field Club hospitality tickets for eligible entrants who register and attend the event;
d. One $750 service or parts centre voucher for an eligible service or parts centre purchaser;
e. One $250 service or parts centre voucher for an eligible service or parts centre purchaser.
9. $10,000 Caravan Purchase Prize
One eligible customer who purchases an eligible caravan from Abba Caravans during the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo promotional period will go into the draw to receive $10,000 off the purchase price of that caravan.
The $10,000 prize is not a cash prize. It will be applied as a $10,000 reduction from the final purchase price of the eligible caravan purchased during the promotional period.
To be eligible for the $10,000 caravan purchase prize, the customer must:
a. Purchase an eligible caravan from Abba Caravans during the promotional period;
b. Enter into a valid purchase agreement with Abba Caravans during the promotional period;
c. Pay any required deposit or purchase amount required by Abba Caravans;
d. Provide accurate contact details;
e. Remain contactable by Abba Caravans; and
f. Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
For the purpose of this promotion, “purchase” means entering into a valid purchase agreement with Abba Caravans during the promotional period, subject to Abba Caravans’ standard sales process and any applicable finance, stock, contract or settlement conditions.
The $10,000 prize must be applied only to the eligible caravan purchased during the promotional period. It cannot be transferred to another person, another caravan, another vehicle, another purchase, another account, another product or any unrelated service.
If the winning customer’s caravan purchase is cancelled, reversed, rejected, not completed, not settled, or otherwise does not proceed for any reason, Abba Caravans reserves the right to redraw or reallocate the prize to another eligible entrant.
If the caravan purchase is subject to finance approval, the application of the $10,000 prize may also be subject to finance provider requirements.
10. 10 x $250 Fuel Voucher Promotion
Eligible entrants who register their interest in the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo and attend at least one day of the event will go into the draw to win one of 10 x $250 fuel vouchers.
There are 10 fuel vouchers available, each valued at $250.
To be eligible for the fuel voucher draw, entrants must:
a. Register their interest in the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo during the pre-event campaign period or promotional period;
b. Register via either the official Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo registration form or a Meta Instant Form lead generation form connected to the campaign;
c. Attend the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo in person on at least one day between Thursday 21 May and Sunday 24 May;
d. Provide accurate contact details;
e. Allow Abba Caravans to verify their event attendance; and
f. Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Registration alone does not guarantee entry into the fuel voucher draw. To be eligible, the entrant must both register and attend the event in person.
Only one fuel voucher draw entry is permitted per person, regardless of how many times the person registers, submits a form or attends the event.
Fuel voucher winners will be selected from eligible registered attendees after the close of the promotional period.
Fuel vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Fuel voucher use may be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant fuel voucher provider.
11. West Coast Eagles Field Club Hospitality Ticket Promotion
Eligible entrants who register their interest in the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo and attend at least one day of the event will go into the draw to win one of 3 West Coast Eagles Field Club hospitality tickets.
There are 3 West Coast Eagles Field Club hospitality tickets available.
Each ticket is valued at approximately $510 per person based on the published single game price for the West Coast Eagles Field Club hospitality package.
To be eligible for the West Coast Eagles Field Club hospitality ticket draw, entrants must:
a. Register their interest in the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo during the pre-event campaign period or promotional period;
b. Register via either the official Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo registration form or a Meta Instant Form lead generation form connected to the campaign;
c. Attend the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo in person on at least one day between Thursday 21 May and Sunday 24 May;
d. Provide accurate contact details;
e. Allow Abba Caravans to verify their event attendance; and
f. Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Registration alone does not guarantee entry into the West Coast Eagles Field Club hospitality ticket draw. To be eligible, the entrant must both register and attend the event in person.
Only one West Coast Eagles Field Club hospitality ticket draw entry is permitted per person, regardless of how many times the person registers, submits a form or attends the event.
West Coast Eagles Field Club hospitality ticket winners will be selected from eligible registered attendees after the close of the promotional period.
Tickets are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The tickets are subject to availability, match scheduling, ticket provider terms, venue terms, hospitality package terms, dress code requirements, event conditions and any terms imposed by the West Coast Eagles, Optus Stadium, the AFL, the hospitality provider or any relevant third party.
Abba Caravans is not responsible for any changes to match scheduling, ticket conditions, access requirements, venue rules, hospitality inclusions, travel costs, accommodation costs or any other costs associated with accepting or using the tickets.
Unless expressly stated, the prize includes the ticket only and does not include travel, accommodation, transfers, parking, spending money or any other ancillary costs.
If the tickets become unavailable for any reason, Abba Caravans reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
12. Service and Parts Centre Voucher Promotion
Two eligible customers who make a qualifying purchase at the Abba Caravans service or parts centre during the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo will go into the draw to win one of the following prizes:
a. One $750 service or parts centre voucher; or
b. One $250 service or parts centre voucher.
To be eligible for the service and parts centre voucher draw, customers must:
a. Make an eligible purchase at the Abba Caravans service centre or parts centre during the promotional period;
b. Provide proof of purchase if requested;
c. Provide accurate contact details;
d. Allow Abba Caravans to verify the purchase; and
e. Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Only purchases made during the promotional period are eligible.
Only one entry is permitted per eligible customer unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Abba Caravans.
The first eligible winner drawn will receive the $750 service or parts centre voucher. The second eligible winner drawn will receive the $250 service or parts centre voucher.
Vouchers may only be used with Abba Caravans, unless otherwise stated by Abba Caravans in writing.
Service and parts centre vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Voucher use may be subject to booking availability, stock availability, service availability and any additional conditions reasonably set by Abba Caravans.
13. Draw Date, Time and Location
All prize draws will be conducted after the close of the promotional period and within one month of the promotion closing.
Unless otherwise confirmed by Abba Caravans, the draw will take place at:

The draw will be conducted by Abba Caravans or its authorised representative using a fair and reasonable random selection process.
14. Winner Selection Method
Eligible entries will be collected, verified and entered into the relevant draw pool.
Each promotion will have a separate draw pool:
a. Eligible caravan purchasers for the $10,000 caravan purchase prize;
b. Eligible registered attendees for the 10 x $250 fuel vouchers;
c. Eligible registered attendees for the 3 x West Coast Eagles Field Club hospitality tickets;
d. Eligible service or parts centre purchasers for the $750 and $250 service or parts centre vouchers.
Winners will be selected at random from the relevant verified draw pool.
Abba Caravans may use a manual random draw, spreadsheet randomisation, CRM export randomisation or another fair random selection method.
Abba Caravans will keep internal records of the draw method and winner selection process.
15. Public Draw and Audit Records
Where practicable, members of the public may be given the opportunity to witness the draw.
If a public draw is not practicable, Abba Caravans will retain audit records confirming the draw process and results.
Records relating to the promotion will be kept for 12 months and made available to an authorised officer or member of the Police Force on request, as required under WA trade promotion lottery conditions.
16. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of registration, lead form submission or purchase.
Winners may be contacted by phone, email or another reasonable contact method.
Proposed notification period:
Within [insert number] business days of the draw.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.
Abba Caravans is not responsible for a winner failing to receive notification due to incorrect contact information, technical issues, spam filters, phone issues, email delivery issues or any other reason outside Abba Caravans’ reasonable control.
17. Redraw Process
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period, is found to be ineligible, cannot accept the prize, has provided incorrect or misleading information, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, Abba Caravans reserves the right to redraw or reallocate the prize to another eligible entrant.

18. Prize Substitution
If a prize or component of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Abba Caravans reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
19. No Cash Alternative
Unless expressly stated, prizes, offers, vouchers and discounts are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for another product, service or monetary payment.
20. 5% Off Spare Parts and Accessories
During the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo, eligible customers may receive 5% off eligible spare parts and accessories purchased from Abba Caravans.
The offer applies only during the promotional period and only to eligible spare parts and accessories.
The offer excludes any items, brands, services, labour, packages, already-discounted products or products that Abba Caravans chooses to exclude.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or negotiated price unless approved by Abba Caravans.
21. 5% Off Services Booked During the Expo
During the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo, eligible customers may receive 5% off eligible services booked with Abba Caravans during the promotional period.
The service does not need to be completed during the promotional period, but the booking must be made during the promotional period to qualify.
The offer applies only to eligible service bookings and may exclude parts, accessories, external supplier charges, insurance work, warranty work, already-discounted services or any services excluded by Abba Caravans.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or negotiated price unless approved by Abba Caravans.
22. Capped Price Servicing
During the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo, customers may ask the Abba Caravans team about capped price servicing for 3 years.
Capped price servicing is subject to eligibility, caravan type, service schedule, service requirements, booking availability and the specific capped price servicing terms provided by Abba Caravans.
Capped price servicing is not automatically included with every purchase unless expressly stated in writing by Abba Caravans.
23. Event Activities
The Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo may include family activities, face painting, charity sausage sizzles, service centre tours, how-to owner demonstrations, guest appearances and other event attractions.
All event activities are subject to availability, weather, staffing, supplier availability, safety requirements and operational considerations.
Abba Caravans reserves the right to change, substitute, delay or cancel any event activity without notice where reasonably required.
24. Guest Appearances
Sarah and Keelan Travel are expected to appear at the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo.
Guest appearances are subject to availability and may change due to circumstances outside the control of Abba Caravans, including travel, illness, safety, scheduling or operational requirements.
Abba Caravans does not guarantee that every attendee will meet, speak with or be photographed with any guest appearing at the event.
25. Stock Availability
Caravan stock, New Age 2025 clearance pricing, service bookings, parts and accessories are subject to availability.
Abba Caravans does not guarantee that any specific caravan, model, product, part, accessory, service booking or offer will remain available throughout the promotional period.
26. Finance and Purchase Conditions
Any caravan purchase, finance application or repayment arrangement is subject to Abba Caravans’ standard sales process and any applicable finance provider approval, lending criteria, fees, charges and terms.
Abba Caravans does not guarantee finance approval.
Where finance is used, the application of any prize, discount or purchase incentive may be subject to finance provider requirements.
27. Advertising and Promotional Material
Any images, prices, offers, vehicles, caravans, parts, accessories, prizes or promotional descriptions used in advertising are for promotional purposes and may be subject to change.
Abba Caravans will take reasonable care to ensure promotional material is accurate, but errors, omissions or changes may occur.
If there is any inconsistency between advertising material and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent permitted by law.
All advertising of the promotion should include a description of the relevant prize or prizes and direct participants to where these Terms and Conditions can be found.
28. Lodgement of Terms
Because the promotion may be conducted or promoted through electronic media, including the Abba Caravans website, Meta advertising and Meta Instant Forms, a copy of these Terms and Conditions should be lodged with the WA Gaming and Wagering Commission before the promotion commences.

Once the promotion has commenced, these Terms and Conditions must not be amended without any required prior written approval.
29. Personal Information
By registering for the Abba Caravans 4 Day Expo, submitting a Meta Instant Form, entering a promotion, making a purchase or participating in the event, entrants consent to Abba Caravans collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the event, contacting entrants, managing prize draws, following up enquiries, verifying attendance and providing event-related communications.
Personal information may be used by Abba Caravans for sales, service and marketing follow-up unless the entrant opts out where applicable.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Abba Caravans’ privacy practices.
30. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photos, video, social media posts or winner announcements.
Participation in publicity will be subject to the winner’s consent and any applicable privacy requirements.
31. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Abba Caravans is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost, claim or expense suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion, the event, prize participation, late or lost entries, technical issues, third-party platforms, supplier issues or circumstances outside Abba Caravans’ reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
32. Meta Disclaimer
The promotion may be advertised through Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and entries may be submitted through Meta Instant Forms.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
Entrants release Meta from any responsibility or liability in connection with the promotion.
33. West Coast Eagles Disclaimer
The West Coast Eagles Field Club hospitality ticket promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the West Coast Eagles, Optus Stadium, the AFL or any related entity unless expressly stated in writing.
All ticket use is subject to the relevant ticketing, venue, hospitality and event terms and conditions.
34. Changes to the Promotion
Abba Caravans reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel or extend the promotion if required due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
If the promotion has commenced, the promotion must not be cancelled or withdrawn without any required prior written approval.
35. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
